Justine Franco is a HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONAL with over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, & Data Analytics. Previously, Justine has held positions at RANDSTAD at CIGNA HEALTH, VIRGIN HYPERLOOP, AMGEN, MEDMEN, the LOS ANGELES TIMES, INTUIT, and most recently Justine served as a Human Resources Specialist at CITY NATIONAL BANK.

She is passionate about collaboration & devising productive business solutions through practical applications of data, HR principles & organizational initiatives. Justine received her bachelors degree from CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, NORTHRIDGE and attended SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY where she pursued her graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
