Wade Cicierski

Wade Cicierski is an associate attorney at Newell Law Group, where his practice focuses on ENTERTAINMENT LITIGATION, EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES, and BUSINESS LITIGATION.

Mr. Cicierski represents individuals and businesses in a variety of disputes, including ENTERTAINMENT-RELATED MATTERS, EMPLOYMENT DISPUTES, CONTRACT DISPUTES, GENERAL BUSINESS LITIGATION, GENERAL LIABILITY CLAIMS, and other CIVIL MATTERS. He has experience handling all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Cicierski has experience advising FILMMAKERS, PRODUCERS, and DIGITAL CREATORS on entertainment and production matters, including PRODUCTION AGREEMENTS, TALENT and LICENSING DEALS, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ISSUES, GUILD COMPLIANCE, and RISK MITIGATION. Drawing on his background in FILM and TELEVISION DEVELOPMENT at PARAMOUNT PICTURES, he brings a practical understanding of both the creative and business sides of the entertainment industry.

Mr. Cicierski earned his juris doctor from CHAPMAN UNIVERSITY'S DALE E. FOWLER SCHOOL OF LAW and his MASTER of FINE ARTS in FILM and TELEVISION PRODUCING from Chapman University’s DODGE COLLEGE of FILM and MEDIA ARTS. He received his UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE in POLITICAL SCIENCE from the UNIVERSITY of WYOMING.

Originally from BILLINGS, MONTANA, he brings a THOUGHTFUL, SOLUTION-ORIENTED APPROACH to advising clients in entertainment and litigation matters.
